Moods Beauty Bar, formerly Moods & Attitudes Too, has been a full service salon in Oakland for 20+ years. We have had the pleasure of servicing the diverse and vibrant Oakland community first at our Lake Merritt location and for the past 17 years from our downtown Oakland location.

We adopted the name Moods Beauty Bar four years ago when we moved to our newest location 404 14th St. Our all new Beauty Bar was created to meet the all encompassing beauty needs of Oakland and the surrounding Bay Area.
